Founder & CEO
Rafi Ahamed Nisaar
With over 20 years of global retail experience, Rafi has led visual merchandising and store design across the EMEAI region and North America for world-renowned brands including Burberry and Coach – Tapestry Group.
He is a Burberry Iconic Award winner, personally recognized by Christopher Bailey and Angela Ahrendts for excellence in brand experience.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Rafi serves as a faculty mentor at Herriot Watt University, Ajman University, and FAD Institute of Luxury Management, shaping future leaders in design and retail.
Education: Graduate of NIFT and the National Institute of Design (UK).
Soufyan fawaz kurbaj
With a strong foundation in architecture and interior design, I bring years of experience and creativity to every project as the CEO of Samaa Fala Decoration. After graduating from Marefaa High School in Sharjah city which I raised up in that beautiful seat and pursuing my studies at Al Ghurair University, I built my career working with leading companies such as IKEA, Styro Foam Decoration, Green Line Interior, Abu Dhabi Medical Industrial, and Fixpert. In 2020, during the challenging times of the pandemic, I established my own business with my partner,
which continues to grow successfully today. Coming from a family with deep roots in the Dubai market since 1982 through Fala Group, our legacy spans across infrastructure, education, agriculture, real estate, and maintenance services in Sharjah since 1992. With this rich background and passion for design, I am committed to delivering innovative, functional, and timeless interior solutions for our clients.
